It checks a root domain’s web and TLS status, public DNS records, mail configuration and subdomains visible in certificate records. Passive discovery is not a complete DNS inventory.
The default check interval is five minutes and can be changed per domain. Unmeasured intervals are not counted as uptime.
A status page can publish HTTPS status and recent incidents for up to 10 selected domains. It stays private until you publish it.
No. The Cloudflare connection is optional. When connected, it can read DNS records and changes with limited read-only permissions.
